COMPASS COST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Compass is developed using Microsoft Excel, which will allows users to have a high degree of familiarity.
The Excel document has the same functionality as a normal document would, meaning anyone with basic Microsoft capabilities can operate the system.
With minimal training (provided by Milne Construction Consulting, see here for more information), you will be able to instantly understand and operate Compass on your projects.
Compass is a simplified alternative to the clunky and unfamiliar database systems used for project cost management.
Compass keeps your information right in front of you and easy to track, not relying on a computer database for connection.
Compass is designed for one project per document, which means that it is simple and easy with no overlap from outside sources.
Furthermore, with our data integrity and error protections (click here for more information), there is no possibility of a mistake compromising the cost control of your project.

Compass allows you to quickly and easily print Payment Schedules and Purchase Orders with your company logo as easy as hitting Ctrl-P.
Standard reports provide comprehensive cost management reports. Customised reports are also available.
See below for an example template (note: once data is entered into Compass, the Particulars, Details and Valuation will automatically fill the Payment Schedule with your required information.
